These Terms of Use (“Legal Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and Software Play Store, operated by Fuse (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a private software developer based in Sweden with development support in Japan.

We operate:

  • 300+ Android mobile travel applications (the “Apps”)

  • Any related services (collectively, the “Services”)

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SERVICES.

1. OUR SERVICES

We provide a global travel information platform that helps travelers explore cities and countries worldwide, including the US, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and other regions.

Our Services include:

  • Metro and airport transfer guidance

  • Travel tips and safety advice

  • Destination recommendations

  • Food suggestions

  • Cultural and practical information (currency, language, power adapters, best time to visit, etc.)

  • Real user travel experiences

The Services are provided for informational and guidance purposes only.

We do not operate transportation systems, hotels, airlines, or booking services.

2. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

Some links on our Website and Apps are affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you make a booking or purchase through those links, at no additional cost to you.

Our total liability shall not exceed USD $1.00 unless otherwise required by law.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Consumers residing in the EU retain mandatory consumer protection rights under their local laws.

Jurisdiction: Courts of Lund, Sweden.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Parties agree to attempt informal negotiation for 30 days before initiating arbitration.

Arbitration shall take place in Lund, Sweden, under Swedish law.

16. MODIFICATIONS

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.

17. TERM & TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms.

18. APP CONTENT DISCLAIMER

Our Apps may use public sector open data and transportation data.

Our Services do NOT represent or act on behalf of any government entity.
