PEDESTRIAN FRIENDLY

Downtown Jacksonville’s compact core is safe and easy to walk from place-to-place. The city also offers a variety of riverfront jogging/walking paths for those living an active lifestyle. Take a mid-day stroll on the downtown Riverwalk alongside the St. Johns River, or challenge yourself to a morning run over the downtown bridges.

BIKE

Rent a bike from a local bike shop or downtown at the Hyatt Regency and leisurely pedal the tree-lined sidewalks of Jacksonville’s historic neighborhoods, minutes from downtown. The wide, white sandy beaches also offer a great way to relax on a bike. Biking is a preferred method of transportation at the beaches too. You will often find full bike racks outside the beaches most popular watering holes. For a more vigorous biking adventure, hit the mountain biking trails at Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park or the Jacksonville-Baldwin Rail-Trail.

TAXIS AND CAR SERVICE
